  1. Booking and Reservations

  • Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receiving a valid payment method or deposit.

  • Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: 12:00 PM

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.

  • All rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra guests, meals, or services not included in your booking.

  1. Guest Responsibilities
  • Guests must present a valid photo ID upon check-in.

  • Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel property during their stay.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated areas. A cleaning fee will be applied for violations.

  • Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms, with prior arrangements.

  • Refuse service to guests engaging in inappropriate behavior.

  • Evict guests who violate hotel policies without a refund.

  • Modify or cancel reservations under exceptional circumstances (e.g., unforeseen events).

  • Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms, with prior arrangements.


6. Use of Facilities
  • Hotel amenities (e.g., swimming pool, fitness center, wellness center) are available during designated hours.

  • Guests must follow safety rules and guidelines when using facilities.
